What started as a summer job for owner Paul Nicastro back in 1984 turned into a life long passion and career in service, repair, and construction of in-ground swimming pools. Working for an excavating contractor who specialized in swimming pools, he quickly fell in love with the trade and eagerly learned every aspect of it. Back then, there were very few options for the consumer. Most pools were rectangular in shape and it was rare that the pool had a heater. Fast forward 35 years and just the opposite is true. Freeform shapes, spillover spas, energy efficient variable speed pumps, and automation are all commonplace. Now, it’s very rare to service a pool without a heater, and although we still do some new installations, our main focus is liner replacements.
